Finished by Kanner Architects, the Oakland House is aimed to take advantage of the amazing landscape of the San Francisco bay. The house is carefully perched in the hills with unobstructed views of the surrounding nature. This family residence is built with an amazing exterior design that combines glass panel and strong concrete foundation, providing plenty of natural light and safety. The house consists of several rooms; the master bedroom becomes the center piece that is surrounded by four bedrooms, living room and kitchen. The second floor is used for glass garage and secondary bedrooms. The house structures are connected by a glass bridge spans a bamboo garden, providing dramatic visual impact. This house is mostly finished in calm white color, which makes it looks even more beautiful and highlights the structure, exterior and interior design.

The Modern Deronda Residence Design by Space International

Deronda Residence,Located in Los Angeles, California, The Deronda Residence has been designed by Space International. This Deronda Residence lies near the apex of Beachwood Canyon, on the Hollywood Hills. By Utilizing the existing footprint from the original home, this new renovated home is comprised of two main rectangular spaces which shifted off axis from each other to accentuate the difference in program which lies within.
Space International create more public living areas of this home and situated on the ridge of the site, so the owner can take advantage of flanking outdoor spaces which are designed as extensions of the living dining, and kitchen areas. Large sliding glass panels connect these living dinning and kitchen areas to the adjacent terraces and views beyond, inverting the interior into an open, covered outdoor room.

The more private sleeping and bathing areas are situated in an enclosed cantilevered bar, which hovers over the hillside and is nestled amidst the tall pine trees located at the perimeter of the property. A white plaster shell demarcates the spatial hierarchy of the house, operating as a supporting floor plate for the private volume, then folding upward to serve as clerestory roof plane over the more public spaces. This undulating skin enhances and mitigates the varying degrees of enclosure and exposure to the picturesque surroundings and skyline views which encircle the property.

Interior Design of East Village Apartment by Koray Duman

Nearly 600 square meters wide, every inch of the apartment had been used to handle by removing the wall to combine the living room, dining room and bedrooms into one. And then he used some clever storage space as a separator for each individual country to maintain the appearance of the room while providing their own home the theme that flows. With adequate natural lighting and some furniture style, that the house would steal the show. Koray Duman an architect from Turkey, managed to get my hands on this East Village Apartments and the renovation work to see vintage and classic sports. Designed by Maas Architects in the Netherlands, this modern architecture structure features a beautiful driveway and parking space spacious enough for half a dozen cars to easily park. The design makes use of very light colors to bounce light around inside and thus reduce the need for electric lights.
Outside is a man made pond that stretches from behind the house as well as a beautiful pool and summer style gazebo which offers seating for 4. All in all the design is simple and yet highly sophisticated. One of the best ideas of the house is the use of huge glass windows in the back. Since privacy is protected by shrubs and trees, this provides an awesome way to still maintain privacy and yet experience maximum visibility.

The Luxury Amazing Contemporary House on Cedar Hill

This is an amazing contemporary house erected near the corner of the escarpment zone on Cedar hill. The house has built across a long stone wall. This low house is surrounded by native vegetation. There is an observant tower at the northern end of the house which allows the occupants to view amazing scenery from above tree tops. The house has a spacious living area, relaxing pool zone, huge patio area, sufficient dining space and spacious bed rooms. Concrete tough floors are mounted by simple slabs and given a break by an amazing Mesquite wooden zone.

The Luxurious Design of Residence Malibu by Griffin Enright Architects

Dubbed the Point Dume Residence, was designed by Los Angeles based Griffin Enright Architects with interiors flowing wide, wide windows, floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, outside terrace and a lap pool classy. With a stone’s throw away Pacific, appears to have drawn inspiration from the waves flowing curves that meet the perfect line in the building blueprints. Luxury, spacious, beautiful and simple heart-Malibu is home to some of the most amazing homes there. And that should not surprise anyone that the islands of stars (and rehabilitation of addicts) has been throwing up another one on us.

And did we mention beautiful tennis courts and a swimming pool behind the style? Bochsler Nic is the man behind this amazing house in Melbourne, Australia. Dubbed House Brighton, it features four bedrooms and five bathrooms beautiful, with views of the bay Melbourne and really the whole city. A contemporary and minimalist design that allows for a sense of open space, relaxation and comfort, luxurious residence of a lot more fun than you expect because it made sense to maximize the spatial origin.
